Super Bowl 50 is upon us
Decision Day is here with the Denver Broncos facing off against the Carolina Panthers in the historic event.
Super Bowl Sunday/Super Bowl Monday in Australia could very well end up a tense affair...for a while with something critical happening in the late third into mid fourth quarter time frame.

Denver Broncos vs Carolina Panthers
Ath the start of the playoffs, I had Carolina defeating Pittsburgh for the title ... fell just short in my Playoff Predictions ... while in my Season Preview, I picked the Colts to face the Seahawks!
So, essentially, now the final adjusted pick if you will.
Cam Newton will challenge the Denver "D" more than any other this season with solid backup and maybe a break by Jonathan Stewart. Denver will counter with a solid ground game of their own but look for the Panthers defensive crew to rise to the occasion with a possible big turnover through rushing/getting to Manning.
The Manning Factor may keep the Broncs close for a while but they will most likely get a late score to make the game look closer than it will be.
