Hurricanes battle 'Noles in hurricane

Among the highlighted games this weekend we have the yearly Miami-Florida State brawl. This season there are a couple of twists, Miami (10) comes in ranked higher than Florida State (23) and the game will be affected by an actual hurricane so it should be interesting.

In Week 5, I had my worst week of the season going 13-12 putting my overall total for the season at 97-28. I will be looking for better this week.

Texas vs Oklahoma (20)

False promise from the Longhorns after their season opening win over Notre Dame. The defense gives up way too much which is fine with Oklahoma. The 'Horns may show flashes but can't pull it off this season.

The Vols face another hurdle and may come in flat after last weeks escape against Georgia. The could also be looking ahead to Alabama next week.

The Aggies have 'Bama in two weeks time and are primd to make it a huge one with a win.

Carolina has survived the last couple of weeks and will face a Tech squad eager to keep their roll going.
